More than one hundred different domestic and international bus companies operate out of the bus terminal. Each bus company has its own procedure for advance ticket sales. Thus, there is no single way to explain where can you can book or buy your ticket.
The most common ways to purchase or book a ticket are:
buy a ticket with a seat reservation at one of the advance ticket sale offices located in the bus terminal HERE
purchase or book a ticket through the selected transport operator’s website
purchase your ticket from the driver before departure at the respective departure platform
other ways to book a ticket (e.g. SMS booking)
How do you find the correct way to purchase or book a ticket for your selected connection (destination)?
Once you have found your chosen connection, look under the column "Tickets" for the most common ways to purchase or book a ticket on that bus line.
When searching for a connection, there is a column "Download Timetable" in PDF format for each connection. Along with travel times, the timetable also includes terms and conditions for purchasing and booking tickets, including the transport operator’s contact information.
