The new Florenc Terminal website makes planning your journey easier

Looking for a bus connection, need to check your platform or find out where to leave your luggage before departure? The new florenc.cz brings connection search, departures, arrivals and practical information about the terminal together in one place.

Search for a connection from the right station

Start right on the home page. In the From field, select the departure station, then choose your destination and travel date. The search lets you look for connections from Florenc, from Holešovice or from both stations at once. If you want to depart from Prague Florenc Terminal, set the option Florenc terminal only.

Before buying a ticket, check the exact stop, conditions of carriage and any transfers with the selected carrier. When planning a trip, do not forget to search for the return journey as well.

Check your departure and platform

The website offers an overview of departures and arrivals. For each connection you can check the time, carrier, platform and currently listed status. This is useful before heading to the terminal and also while you are waiting for your loved ones to arrive.

When you arrive, compare the details with the information boards on site. If the platform changes or another operational measure applies, follow the instructions of the dispatch office and your carrier.

The services you need, clearly in one place

Would you like a coffee before departure, use the left luggage office or find out about parking options? The services overview directs you to specific subpages with details. Wi-Fi, toilets, the exchange office and lost and found also have their own information.

If someone is driving you, look at the difference between a short K+R stop and longer parking. For onward travel around Prague, use the overview of connecting transport. Florenc is a transfer hub for metro lines B and C.

Coming to Florenc for the first time

Open the Traveller's Guide. It explains the individual steps before departure, how to find your way in both halls and where to ask for help. Hall 1 is by the metro, Hall 2 is in Křižíkova Street. If you have questions on site, the information desk in Hall 1 will help you.

Save florenc.cz on your phone. On your next journey you will have the search, the departures board and the contacts you need at hand.
