This page summarises how Terminál Florenc s.r.o. may process personal data in connection with this website and routine enquiries. For full contractual or operational wording, please contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Terminál Florenc s.r.o., with registered office at Na Florenci 2139/2, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID: 19806451, VAT ID: CZ19806451 (hereinafter the “company” or “controller”).
Categories of data
We may process identification and contact details you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, phone), the content of your message, limited technical data related to your visit (e.g. IP address in server logs where necessary, browser information), and data required to comply with legal obligations.
Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data mainly to respond to your enquiry (performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract, or legitimate interest in handling correspondence), to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest), to measure visits with Google Analytics 4 (consent), to meet legal obligations, and where applicable to protect our rights (legitimate interest).
We do not send unsolicited marketing e-mails; if we introduce marketing processing, we will inform you separately and, where required, ask for your consent.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be disclosed to processors who provide hosting, technical administration of the site, or e-mail services, only to the extent necessary. Visit measurement uses Google Analytics 4, so Google may receive technical data about the visit. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place only where permitted under the GDPR.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described and in line with statutory or archiving requirements. After that period, data are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, among others. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
Contact
For personal data enquiries and requests, contact the company at gdpr@uan.cz. Please describe your enquiry or request.
Server-side traffic statistics
We count page views on our server. With analytics consent, the same browser in a period is recognized by a random number in the florenc_navsteva cookie. The database stores only a daily fingerprint of that number and the view count, without an IP address and without the list of pages opened by that person. The florenc_navsteva_den cookie stops the same browser from being counted as new more than once on the same day. You can delete the cookie in the browser. The live dashboard counts open browser tabs using a short-lived random signal; its fingerprint and current page expire shortly after the tab closes. Google Analytics remains subject to your consent.
